Most wonderful hotel in Tehran, best stay at this hotel. Highlig recomended.
Very nice and respectfuld personal and management.
you can also get your exit permision (they do it for you online) and you avoid the very long queue at the airport:)
They are so welcomming, have always car ready, and best breakfast and the coffe and food.

not a five star hotel
i stayed at this hotel for 4 days for work and i gotta say this hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars i stay in alot of 5 stars in diffrent countries and you cant really compare them to this , the rooms was small the food was meh the service wasnt bad but overall not a good hotel

Most welcoming staff
I had the most wonderful stay at hotel Niloo. They have the most friendliest staff, which just made my stay all the more pleasant. There were a few times I struggled with some internet connectivity for emails, but all in all, hotel Niloo was a wonderful stay.
If you happen to stay here, please do try the Nespresso Latte. Its really amazing.

Tehran - Lovely Hotel
Architecture and design is great and most too see! I enjoyed my time there very much. The staff is friendly and cooperative and helpful the hotel is spotlessly clean very luxury and great location within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the city .. just a amazing, enjoyable experience! The 1st one in Iran
I was choosing hotel niloo for staying in Tehran and I really enjoy.I think it is the best one in Iran, I ate dinner and lunch in niloo's italian restaurant and I was satisfied, it's so deliciouc italian food.
If I come back to Tehran I will choose niloo hotel again and again...

A wonderful experience in a place in which you are served as a prince but which is as Cousy as your home...
Clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing atmosphere, an elegant restaurant and an excellent multilingual and ever smiling staff.

Wonderful staffs, very very clean, accommodations are excellent, great food and best of all a very quiet place. Location is very central and accessible to public transit, you can find any kind of store to meet your basic needs.

Hotel fantastico!
Situato in una posizione tranquilla vicino ad un grande parco (Ab o Atash Park)
L'arredamento è di pregio e curato nei minimi dettagli.
La qualità del cibo è eccellente, preparato con prodotti freschi e tutto fatto in casa (perfino i grissini li fanno loro e sono superlativi).
Il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile (il mio volo è arrivato all'una di notte, io avevo avvisato che il check-in lo avrei fatto dopo le due, all'arrivo in hotel ho trovato il personale della reception che mi aspettava e che, nonostante l'ora, mi ha accolto con grandissima cortesia).
A chi viene a Teheran consiglio questo Hotel.

Great hotel
The hotel was nice, located close to nature bridge. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The staff were very kind, caring and professional! No matter what questions we had, they did their best to help us.

من یک شب تو این هتل که نزدیک ونک هست اقامت کردم. باید بگم یکی از خاص ترین هتلهای ایران و خاص ترین هتل تهرانه. دیزاین بسیار زیبا با کارهای هنری. هر اتاق یه رنگ و یه طرح, هتل بسیار خلوت. شام عالی. البته فقط رو صبحونه اش یه کم بیشتر کار کنه بهتره. البته من صبحونه اش رو با صبحونه هتل های پنج ستاره مقایسه میکنم چون توقعم بالاست 🙂 یادتون باشه اونجا از خودتون عکسای قشنگ بگیرین.

نقاط قوت:
-برخورد خوب و مودبانه پرسنل و پذیرش هتل
- پیگیری خوب و به موقع پرسنل( تهویه اتاق من دچار مشکل شد ، در کمتر از ۱۵ دقیقه اتاق را تعویض نمودند)
- منو صبحانه نسبتا خوب
- لوکیشن مناسب هتل در شهر تهران
نقاط ضعف :
- درب سرویس بهداشتی در اتاق ها شیشه ای است به نحوی که داخل سرویس ها پیداست و درها نیز کامل بسته نمی شود به نحوی که هنگام استفاده از حمام بخار از حمام داخل اتاق می شود و همچنین در سرویس اتاق ها هم بدلیل نداشتن هیچگونه قفلی بسته نمی شود.
- چون لابی هتل تهویه مناسبی ندارد و رستوران هم آنجا واقع شده ، همیشه بوی غذا در لابی هتل به مشام می رسد که حالتی زننده دارد.

هتل نیلو در لوکیشن بسیار خوب و دوست‌داشتنی قرار داره. برخورد پرسنل عالیه. از لحاظ موقعیت جغرافیایی خوبه. کیفیت غذاهای رستوران واقعا دلچسبه. اتاق‌ها کاملا تمیز. پذیرش کاملا حرفه‌ای رفتار میکنند. صبحانه‌های هتل تنها رایگان هستند اما برای میل کردن ناهار و شام، هزینه باید پرداخت کنید. تنها نقطه ضعف این مجموعه، نبود تنوع در منوی رستورانه. در کل از دیدگاه من کاملا نمره قبولی میگیره این هتل. قطعا بعدها هم میتونم بهشون اعتماد کنم و برای اقامت چند روزه، هتل نیلو رو انتخاب کنم

Friendly staff, fully decorated and quite in a nicer part of the city, this hotel has a good breakfast buffet complimentary as well. It’s my second stay and I’m happy to recommend it and will come back. I met with the owner and his family on my first visit, quite lovely and friendly people.

I stayed 4 days . No cleaning the room. I asked Resption to clean my room , they sent cleaner and just once and only tidied up the bed with left room dirty.
I asked them for exchange to Tomans. They took 20 tomans different.
Additionally, no minibar service just at first day you will find 2 mineral water in the fridge then if finish no more.
Price of room in dollar and it is not worth it.
